• The Dark Night - Dark chocolate filling and dark chocolate ganache garnished with cocoa powder
• The Tango - Dark chocolate and Grand Marnier liqueur filling, coated in ganache, garnished with orange zest
• The Landfill - Chocolate truffle laced with dried fruit, nuts and pretzel bits, coated in ganache {our answer to Rochester's "Garbage Plate"}
• The Black and White - A beautiful combination of dark chocolate and Oreo cookie pieces drenched in ganache then garnished with Oreo bits
• The Nut Case - Dark chocolate truffle coated in ganache, garnished with crushed candied walnuts
